Our core principles of belonging, cooperation, collaboration, and justice guide everything we do. We believe the people closest to the issues (clients, partners, community members, and staff) bring essential insights that should shape strategy and drive solutions. For each project, we build inclusive “design” teams that include both management and non-management staff. These teams help identify additional stakeholders, such as board members, clients, volunteers, or community partners, and tailor participation to fit the project. This fosters shared ownership and responsibility, resulting in plans, programs, retreats, or projects that reflect and resonate with those most impacted.

  • We design and facilitate retreats that blend structure and creativity to support meaningful participation, connection, and alignment. Whether you’re planning a staff retreat, a board retreat, or a team-building experience, our inclusive approach meets groups where they are and helps them move forward with clarity and cohesion.
